This is an Arita-yaki Ruri-colored Sencha teacup.
It is made by Shunyo Kiln, one of the Arita-yaki kilns with over 400 years of history, and is characterized by its vivid ruri-colored glaze.
The inside features a plant pattern in indigo blue on a white background.
There is a brown rim, and the kiln's mark 春 (Shun) is inscribed on the bottom.
We believe it can be used not only as a teacup for enjoying tea but also as a small bowl.
