These are Kojiro plums from Wakayama Prefecture!
Kojiro plums (Gojiroume) are ideal for making plum wine and plum syrup.
Kojiro plums are known as blue diamonds and are the best green plums for plum wine.
They are firmer and more solid than Nanko plums, so they can also be used for plum extract ( * ? )
Production volume has significantly decreased even in Kishu, making them a very rare variety of plum.
Because the fruit is firm, more plum extract seeps out when making plum wine, allowing you to enjoy the original deliciousness of the plum!

These plums were grown in fields surrounded by the rich nature of Wakayama's mountains and rivers!
