How to extend the blade:
1. Flip up the rear locking plate.
2. Move the slider to determine the blade tip position.
3. Once the blade tip position is set, return the locking plate to fully secure the blade.

How to change the blade:
1. Flip up the locking plate and move the slider to the tip; the blade can then be easily attached or detached.
*Slide all the way to the top.
2. Insert the new blade into the gap at the tip, return the slider, and then return the locking plate to complete the blade change.

About replacement blades:
This is likely an OEM product for Glanz or TRUSCO, so replacement blades from either brand should fit.
I also use TRUSCO's non-wobble cutter, and this blade was compatible.
