This item has been worn a few times.
It is a straw hat by a creator named Minoaka.
It was too big for my dog (Yorkie, 2.5kg), and when worn, it would slip and cover their eyes, so I have decided to part with it.
I have included instructions on how to measure head size from Minoaka in the 6th image. Please refer to it.
I believe it would fit a small poodle.
