This is part of a ceramic pot or planter depicting Chinese children playing.
The surface of the pot features multiple figures of children drawn in indigo pigment, each engaged in different activities.
The children appear to be playing around branches and plants.
The texture of the ceramic indicates it is fired pottery.
There is a black section at the bottom, which is likely part of the pot's base or decoration.

This is a cute style of pot for Cymbidium orchids.
