Yashabushi Fruit (Alder Seed) 2-2.5cm 120 pcs Dried

We will deliver approximately 120 alder cones (Ooba Yashabushi fruits) harvested in Autumn 2025 and March 2026, measuring about 2cm to 2.5cm in length.

☆ For aquariums: as hiding places and food for ornamental shrimp, to improve pH levels, and for creating blackwater.
☆ For crafts: as materials for wreaths and arrangements, and for extracting tannin pigments for dyeing.
It can be used for various other purposes in addition to the above.

?To prevent a decrease in components due to the leaching of pigments (tannins), the fruits will be dried without washing.
?Some fruits may have a lighter color if they were exposed to strong sunlight.
?Some fruits may have particles attached if they were in contact with the ground.
?These are harvested from pesticide-free areas, but if you are concerned, please wash them once or briefly boil them for disinfection.
?If using as a material for handmade crafts, we recommend boiling for about 7-10 minutes and then drying.
?Before shipping, seeds, debris, and insects caught between the fruits will be removed by sifting, but some may remain.
?We select and collect fruits with minimal chips, but small chips may be present or occur during shipping.
?Shipping will be via Yu-Packet Post or Nekoposu.
(If we do not have dedicated boxes on hand, we will process used cardboard boxes for food and beverages to Nekoposu size.)
