Please let us know if you prefer unwashed eggs!!
Thank you for looking!
Our farm has reclaimed wasteland and abandoned farmland from scratch, built our own chicken coop with DIY, and prepared the fields to be a suitable environment for growing vegetables. It is a small farm that we have cultivated with our own hands from the ground up.
Our chickens are raised in a free-range system, where they can move around freely without being confined to cages. We prioritize creating an environment where they can spend their days on the soil with as little stress as possible. As a result, our chickens grow up healthy and vigorous, and their eggs develop a natural richness and robust flavor.
We are particularly particular about their feed.
The feed is completely mixed in-house, and the main ingredients, rice and corn, are all grown on our own fields. Furthermore, we do not use chemical fertilizers for cultivation, and only use chicken manure from our own poultry farming as fertilizer.
The feed mixture includes:
- Rice and corn grown on our own farm
- Rice bran
- Oilseed meal
- Rice husks and smoked rice husks
- Oyster shells
We carefully balance these ingredients to create feed that prioritizes the health of our chickens.
