Happy Hill (Uruchimai) Seed Rice (Harvested in Reiwa 7)

We self-seed this rice using no-till paddy cultivation without fertilizers or pesticides, in an environment with significant temperature differences.
After harvesting, it was dried in the sun on a bamboo rack.

We continue the lineage of Happy Hill, a variety developed by Masanobu Fukuoka, who advocated for natural farming, by nurturing the power of water and soil.
This variety has stable initial growth and strong tillering ability.
