Debt-Free Soybeans, 100g, Seed Soybeans, Harvested 2025

We are offering Debt-Free Soybeans grown in Kanzaki District, Hyogo Prefecture, for over 10 years.
These were harvested in Reiwa 7 (2025).
We are selling the surplus after making miso.

They are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, primarily using carbon materials (mainly bamboo chips).
After sun-drying, they are processed through a foot-pedal thresher and a winnowing machine, followed by hand-sorting.

100g contains approximately 250 beans.
With a planting density of 2 seeds per spot at 30cm intervals in double rows, you can sow about 18 meters.

This year, as well, we sowed on Tanabata, and unfortunately, we suffered from stink bug damage. From 600g of seeds, we ended up with about 23kg after final hand-sorting. In years without damage, we can harvest 30kg, but we've had stink bug issues for the past few years.

These soybeans can be used as seed soybeans, or steamed for a snack (they are incredibly sweet and delicious!), and of course, they are versatile for culinary use.
They have not been washed, so please wash them thoroughly before cooking.

Debt-Free Soybeans is a high-yielding variety that produces abundant pods.
