Beet seeds: 200 seeds
Green okra seeds: 110 seeds
1. Okra is rich in dietary fiber, which is the source of its unique sticky texture when chopped. Okra is also an excellent green and yellow vegetable, rich in vitamins B1, B2, C, carotene, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and potassium. It can be prepared in various ways, including raw (chopped), in salads, simmered dishes, dressed dishes, tempura, and stir-fries.
* Although it varies by region, seeds are generally sown in April-May and harvested in September-October.
* Harvest using scissors as the fruit stalks are tough. The time to harvest will be longer in cooler temperatures.
* It is a heat-loving vegetable and is strong against heat, but weak against cold, and will not grow below 10°C. It prefers sunny fields with fertile, well-draining soil.
2. Nutrients contained in beets include essential minerals such as potassium and iron, as well as folate and betaine.
* Potassium is well-known for its action of excreting sodium and lowering blood pressure, while iron is known for its role in supplying oxygen to the entire body. Folate is a vitamin involved in DNA synthesis and is particularly necessary for women during pregnancy and lactation. Betaine is a less familiar nutrient, but it is an amino acid related to the health of skin and hair.
* Beets are particularly rich in polyphenols and nitrate ions.
* Spring sowing in March-April and autumn sowing in September-October.
?? If you purchase multiple items (2 or more), we will offer a ¥50 discount on the second item and subsequent items only if they are shipped together. Please be sure to comment before purchasing.

?? Please store seeds at room temperature (in a cool, dark place) or in the refrigerator. Germination rates and cultivation results are influenced by weather, environment, and cultivation methods. We cannot guarantee germination.
