This is a Jenna Piari from Kiyomizu-zaka Glass House.
It is a size L.
The urethane has aged, but it is not in a state of being floppy or sticky. I believe it is still usable.
This is my personal judgment, so if you are concerned, I recommend sending it for repair after purchase.
It will be shipped wrapped in bubble wrap without the case or clips.
