This is a Seiko 19-jewel mechanical railway pocket watch, hand-wound, affectionately known as the 19 Seiko.

It features a small seconds sub-dial at the 6 o'clock position.
Pulling the crown stops the second hand at the 60-second mark, allowing for precise time setting.

It utilizes Diashock, a material designed to prevent mainspring breakage.

The case size is approximately 50mm in diameter and 14mm in thickness.
