This is a high-performance activated carbon for industrial water treatment that is not generally available on the market.

Since it is finely granulated activated carbon,
we recommend using it by placing it in a tea bag or similar.

If you can disassemble your water purifier cartridge, you may be able to replace the activated carbon cheaply.

Coconut shell-based (vegetable) activated carbon

This activated carbon is made from coconut shells as raw material.
It has well-developed micropores with small pore diameters, making it suitable for removing small organic molecules such as 2-MIB and geosmin, which cause musty odors, and trihalomethanes. Compared to coal-based activated carbon, it has a larger specific surface area and higher hardness, and is also often used for removing free residual chlorine.
