We will dig them up after purchase, moisturize the roots, and ship them.
The leaves will be cut about halfway from the tip before shipping. New leaves will grow after planting.

* Harvesting season is from late June to October.
* Shipped via Fourth Class Mail, so tracking and insurance are not included.
* We reuse food packaging for shipping.
* Shipping from Aichi Prefecture, so please consider this if you are in remote islands, Hokkaido, or Okinawa.
* To minimize stress on the plants, shipping will be processed on Sundays or later.
