Start with a small amount! Scallions, 25-30 bulbs. "Asatsuki" (scallions), "Asatsuke" (scallions). Reason for discount: Field clearing.
Why not start with a small amount?
This is a very convenient scallion to have on hand for miso soup or cold tofu.
It can be grown in the ground or in a planter. The bulbs multiply repeatedly, so we highly recommend starting with a small amount!
The above-ground parts will wither in winter and summer, but will sprout again from the bulbs in spring and autumn. There are two harvest seasons per year.
