Freshly dug, soil-on shallots, naturally cultivated, shipping today from Kumamoto Prefecture! Full Neokos package.

Dug up! 5/25 Morning - First harvest of the year. Sizes vary. S-M.

The size could be a little better, but I personally like these small ones because they're easy to eat.

Beards and heads will be cut off. (See 4th image)
Will ship this afternoon once the mud has dried.

Will ship in a Nekoposu size box, so it will be around 800g including the box.

Nekoposu delivery will be to your mailbox. Please be careful as direct sunlight can damage the contents.

Shipping from Kumamoto Prefecture via RakuRaku Mercari便. For those in Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, it can take 1-10 days (due to land transport), so it may be difficult to deliver in good condition at this time of year.

Upon arrival, please wash them well, cut off the heads and roots, and peel off the thin skin. It's a bit of work, but please enjoy the process!
The scent of shallots filling the room.
How about this for those who want to feel early summer or enjoy the process?

I have been naturally cultivating shallots every year. You can also use them as seeds for planting. The variety is unknown.
