Why not start with a small amount?

We will send you small bulbs that came from tidying up the field. If you plant them as seed bulbs, they will divide and multiply every year.

They are delicious eaten raw with vinegar miso, or pickled in salt or made into tempura.

We will ship via 4th class mail.
These bulbs are very hardy, so we will send them without moisturizing them. They may be dry, but new sprouts will emerge as soon as you plant them in the soil.
4th class mail takes the same amount of time as regular mail, and there is no delivery on weekends. To minimize delivery time, shipping will be done on Sundays or Mondays.
