Heroine Fabric Poster Set - Gamers Purchase Bonus for Switch Software Aokana: Four Rhythm Across the Blue Sky for Nintendo Switch
Thank you for viewing this item.
This is believed to be unused, but has been opened for inspection.
Purchased at Suruga-ya.
It will be shipped sandwiched between cardboard.
I am disposing of it because I do not want to use Suruga-ya, which I consider to be unscrupulous.
Previously, I purchased a Wii U speaker from Suruga-ya.
When I contacted them about missing items and the absence of the inner box, they agreed to a return.
However, I had also purchased PS2 software to take advantage of free shipping, and it had sun damage and scratches on the instruction manual. I contacted them to say I wanted to return it together.
When I did, they refused to accept the return and instead assessed the PS2 game software at my store as Rank B.
I contacted them again stating the condition was significantly poor, but they did not respond and I was simply charged for it.
I am currently planning to consult with a free legal advisor regarding the police report and the fact that they advertised it as Rank A, but it had condition issues and missing parts, ultimately resulting in me being charged.
I also previously purchased a limited edition of Rockman X4 with issues regarding the condition of the outer box.
The outer box was in the best condition, but the game disc was scratched, and the instruction manual and jacket had water damage.
I requested a return for the game software, which was essentially worthless, but they refused.
I ended up listing the unopened limited edition plastic model on Mercari and managed to make up for the loss.
I am listing this item because I no longer want to use any stores other than physical ones due to their misrepresentation of item conditions.
I have used them for about 16 years, but the quality has been too poor, with things like color copies of Neo Geo jackets on cardboard, instruction manuals for Neo Geo ROM cartridges being CD-ROMs, insufficient packaging, and missing items. I am mentioning this for your awareness.
Regarding Suruga-ya's shipping methods, I previously filed a complaint about their Amazon-style shrink-wrapping, which led them to start implementing Amazon's shrink-wrapping method. I believe I was largely responsible for this improvement.
However, recently, when they use shrink-wrapping, the heat used to process the shrink wrap can cause it to stick to the product and be shipped that way.
Due to the heat processing, bags can stick together, bags can tear, and I feel like I have grounds for a complaint.
