White Six-Petal Garlic (Tochigi Prefecture) - Organically Grown
? We received White Rochet garlic from Nanbu Town, Aomori Prefecture from a farmer, and this is our fourth year of cultivation.
We grow it organically in the high-quality soil (black soil) of Tochigi Prefecture.
Although the size and shape are irregular, it is safe to eat as it is grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
We harvest, lightly brush off the soil, trim the roots and leaves, and ship them as irregularly sized (M-S) garlic (shipped with some soil still attached to maintain freshness, without removing excess skin).
After harvesting, we sun-dry them before shipping.
Shipping will be via Takuhai Bin Compact. Please refer to the photos (images) for size and quantity.
We check each item by hand when packing, but please understand that due to weather conditions such as the rainy season or midsummer days, damage may occur during shipping. We do not accept returns or refunds.
? Characteristics of White Rochet garlic: Large cloves, snow-white color, firm surface, and tight flesh. Each bulb contains an average of only 4-6 cloves, but each clove is large.
Furthermore, it has a rich, sweet flavor and is packed with nutrients.
? Garlic from Aomori Prefecture is sold in supermarkets for ¥270-¥300 per bulb (as of May 20, 2026). Amidst rising prices, we are offering safe food at an affordable price.
Quantities are limited.
◇ For storage, keep refrigerated. For long-term storage, keep in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
We have plenty of stock, so if you need more than 1kg, please comment and we will create a separate listing for you.
