These are okawakame (Indian spinach) bulbs grown organically at home. They are large, about 4 cm in size.

I started growing them about 10 years ago after receiving them from my mother. They grew abundantly with minimal care. They are packed with nutrients, and we enjoy them at home mainly in blanched dishes and miso soup. They are a very valuable ingredient, especially when vegetables are expensive.

They also work great as a green curtain during the summer.
