I am selling this because when I tried to use it on my child (4th grader), they disliked the elastic band around the upper arm and refused to use it.
From my observation, it seemed to have a strong seal and would prevent water from entering, which I thought was good.

It was only tried on once over an undershirt, so it has not been wet and is in clean condition.
