The torque of an air impact wrench is greatly influenced by the air supply volume.
Insufficient air pressure, thin or long hoses, or resistance from quick couplers can often lead to the feeling that torque is not being produced. In some cases, only 50-70% of the maximum torque may be produced due to air supply issues.
To ensure proper tool inlet pressure, we recommend using a hose with an inner diameter of 3/8 inch or larger and a high-flow quick coupler.

〇 For medium-duty truck wheel nuts

Work with a model appropriate for the vehicle type, and immediately release the trigger once the nut is loosened. Do not run it empty.
Attaching a large diameter socket to a low-capacity model and attempting to forcibly loosen a seized nut that exceeds the tool's capacity will place a significant load on the internal hammer mechanism and dogs, leading to premature breakage and malfunction.
If the nut is severely seized, be sure to apply plenty of penetrating lubricant, let it sit for 10-30 minutes or more, and then gradually loosen it by repeating short bursts of impact (a few seconds each, strictly no more than 30 seconds continuously). Alternatively, use heat or alternative tools (such as breaker bars or shock drivers).
