[How to use]
☆ Cold compress
Open the cap, pour in about 1/3 water, then add about 1/3 ice, and close the cap flat and securely. (If you put in ice cubes first, the corners of the ice cubes can easily scratch the inside of the bag.)
Do not fill more than 2/3 of the bag's capacity with water and ice.

☆ Warm compress
Open the cap, pour in warm water below 60℃, and close the cap.
Do not fill more than 2/3 of the bag's capacity with water.
