How to Make a Mugwort Bath (Mugwort Yu)

★ Simmer in a pot
Place in a pot, add enough water to cover the mugwort, and simmer. Medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. It's ready when the aroma rises and the water is colored.
Add the simmered liquid to the bathwater
Add the simmered liquid and mugwort to the bathtub and mix well before bathing.

★ You can also put the pack directly into the bath.
Place 1 pack in the bathtub and then fill it with hot water.
Use 1 or 2 packs according to your preference.

Precautions for Mugwort Baths
To prevent color and scent transfer, please rinse the bathtub immediately after bathing.
Do not use the bathwater for laundry after bathing.
