Anonymous Post Delivery [Aquatic Plants] Najas *Pesticide-Free

This item will be shipped using Yuu-Yuu Mercari便 Yuu-Packet Post (anonymous post delivery).

While Nayad is not widely known, it's a plant I personally consider the strongest aquatic plant. Simply float it in your aquarium as a floating plant. It provides an excellent hiding place for medaka and shrimp, is very hardy, difficult to kill, and easy to propagate. Hornwort, anacharis, and cabomba are often known as beginner-friendly plants, but they can surprisingly wither easily or develop algae on their leaves. Nayad has almost none of these issues. Please give it a try, even if you're skeptical.
It will be sent in a bag with water, double-packaged to prevent leaks, and securely tied.

Note) As this is a plant, its condition changes daily. If you wish to know the latest condition, please comment before purchasing.

Note) Snails may be attached.

Note) I received a negative review in the past for this Nayad. It seems the buyer misunderstood the nature of Nayad, which easily separates at each node, and mistakenly believed they had received a product in poor condition. Due to the nature of Nayad, I would appreciate it if you could understand that separation into pieces is normal.

----------------------------
Its official name is Najas guadalupensis. Most plants sold simply as Nayad are this species.
The most distinctive feature of this plant is its very brittle stem internodes, which can easily break if accidentally bumped during water changes or when cleaning the aquarium glass.
The leaves are 2-3 cm long, a slightly deep green color, with brown veins. The stem is also brown, similar to the veins, which gives it a somewhat Japanese aesthetic.
It grows very quickly, is not picky about water quality, and can be grown without CO2.
Contrary to its brittle stems, it branches out considerably, quickly increasing in volume.
Nayad can propagate even from a single node entangled with other plants, so even if you think you've completely thinned it out, it might reappear from unseen spots later, demonstrating its resilience.
