○ Planting seedlings
(May - June) Planting location: Sunny, well-draining spot (also grows in partial shade)
Spacing: Plant with about 20-30cm spacing

○ Harvesting tips (late June - October)
? First harvest:
When the plant reaches about 30cm in height, start picking leaves from the bottom upwards
To encourage more side shoots:
Pinching the tips of the stems will promote the growth of side shoots, increasing your harvest
? Best time:
For making red shiso juice, etc., harvesting around late June to July when the leaf color and aroma are at their peak is best
