This listing is for approximately 3800ml of Paramecium.

We will ship in two 2L PET bottles. We believe shipping in PET bottles will be convenient for you. The total volume shipped will be 1900ml x 2 bottles.

We use Paramecium at home for raising medaka (Japanese killifish) and daphnia. You can either use this culture water to multiply the Paramecium further or use it as is. It is ideal for raising fry, juvenile fish, and daphnia. We believe it is beneficial for improving growth speed and reducing mortality rates. It should be good for accelerating growth speed.
We culture them with Ebi-osu (a type of yeast supplement) and EM active liquid, so there may be some Ebi-osu residue mixed in. Since we also use EM active liquid, the water may sometimes appear yellowish. We use it without concern at home.

How about using this for spawning or preparing for raising fish? You can also enjoy culturing them.

To allow for air, the contents will be approximately 1900ml.

We will inspect the contents with a loupe before shipping.

For customers in Okinawa or remote islands, please refrain from purchasing as this item cannot be sent by air cargo and will be shipped by sea, taking about a week to arrive. For other regions, please understand that the further you are, the higher the risk, before making a purchase.
