[Recommended Uses]
- Headaches/Mild Dizziness: Apply a small amount with your finger to your temples and the back of your head.
- Nasal Congestion/Motion Sickness: 1 drop on a tissue → inhale slowly.
- Insect Bites/Itching: Apply a small amount to the affected area. Refreshing sensation for relief.
- Muscle/Joint Stiffness: Gently massage into the area.

[How to Use]
- Open the cap and take a very small amount with a cotton swab or fingertip.
- Spread thinly on the desired area (do not rub vigorously).
