LIXIL Bathroom Ventilation Fan, Quiet, UF-27A, Used for about 1 year

LIXIL Bathroom Fan UF-27A, manufactured in 2014.
Found during a warehouse cleanout.
It was installed when the house was new, but was used for about a year before being replaced with a different model. It has been stored in the warehouse since then. I kept it as a spare, but I don't think I'll need it in the future, so I'm listing it for sale.
Although it's an older model, it was used for a short period and is still in good working condition. I have confirmed its operation, and it works normally with no unusual noises. The packing and screws are unused.
I will clean it as thoroughly as possible before shipping.
