【Long Gourd Seedling】Yuugao 3 Large Seedlings - Bottle Gourd, Calabash Gourd - Beautiful White Flowers? For Home Gardens

These are seeds of the Yugao (Bottle Gourd), used as rootstock for grafting crops like watermelons.

These are seedlings of the Nagayugao (Long Bottle Gourd) that naturally sprouted from fallen seeds last year.
They are growing very vigorously!

In the summer, the vines grow rapidly and bloom with beautiful white flowers.
The enchanting flowers that bloom from evening into the night are also a charm!

They produce long fruits, and when young, they are recommended for stir-fries and soups.
They are low in calories, high in water content, and have a light flavor.
With low sugar content and dietary fiber, they are also recommended for refreshing summer meals!

As they grow, they become quite large, making them perfect for green curtains or home gardens.

The seeds are slightly thick and have a shape similar to bitter melon seeds.

As these are plants, they will grow and change daily.
Please understand that the condition may differ slightly from the time of photography.

Also, as they will be shipped in a 3cm box, we will trim some dry leaves and large leaves during packing.
We will pack them as carefully as possible, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned or sensitive.
As these are home-grown, there may be insect damage or scratches.
We will ship them as bare-root seedlings with a small amount of soil, moisturized, and carefully packed.

At this time of year in Kumamoto, it is consistently hot, and plants can be quite stressed during transport. Please open the package as soon as possible upon arrival.
