Heirloom Silver Spring Melon (Makuauri) - 2 Seedlings
These are seedlings that I grow every year at home without fertilizer. They are truly delicious!!!!
If you harvest them while they are still green and young, they are delicious pickled like cucumbers, with a crisp texture!!
If you harvest them when they turn yellow, they are crisp melons!!
When ripe, they are luxury melons!!!
I've never eaten a luxury melon, though... lol
I eat them whole, skin and seeds included. You can eat them completely.
They are incredibly delicious, so please try them.
We will ship in order of largest seedlings first, so they may be before transplanting, but in any case, the roots will not be disturbed and will be in their original state, so please rest assured.
Due to Nekoposu shipping, they will be shipped as fragile items, but since they are delivered to your mailbox, we will pack them with moisture retention and wrap them in plastic wrap, etc.
Please understand that the soil inside may spill during transport.
Shipping in a compact box with the pot is possible for 1200 yen.
All items sold are pesticide-free and chemical-fertilizer-free.
We regularly spray homemade natto bacteria to suppress mold and fungi.
For insect repellent, we use a homemade Super Stuchu made with homemade garlic and chili peppers. (We also sell this.)
...For those purchasing live plants, vegetables, or seedlings...
Basically, plants will be shipped via Mercari delivery, and seeds will be shipped via postal mail. In the case of postal mail, arrival may take 4-5 days.
For customers in Okinawa, remote islands, Hokkaido, and Kyushu, there may be deterioration or damage due to shipping delays, so please purchase with this understanding.
If you are paying at a convenience store, please make your payment within 24 hours or message us with your planned payment date.
As some people do not respond, we will cancel the order after 24 hours.
Some people negotiate for bundled items and then do not purchase. During that time, the listing is suspended. This is very troublesome, so please refrain from negotiating if you do not intend to purchase.
