Avocado Grafted Seedling, Small Plant

These are grafted avocado seedlings of the Fuerte and Mexicola varieties this year.

Mexicola variety: Type A
Fuerte variety: Type B

Avocado Type A and Type B refer to the characteristic where the timing of the flower's pistil and stamen activity differs (dichogamy), which is important for stable pollination in cultivation. Type A flowers have receptive pistils in the morning and mature stamens the following afternoon, while Type B flowers have receptive pistils in the afternoon and mature stamens the following morning.
We will ship them in their current state. We recommend repotting after they have acclimated to their environment and grown to a certain extent.
