Planner Cover, Disability Card Size (Tokyo)

This is a perfect case for a mental disability card.
It was a gift, and while there is some minor scuffing on the lettering, the case itself is in very clean and beautiful condition.
Only the case is being sold; cards and other accessories are not included.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
