Crystal plate salad bowl candy dish decorative bowl green overlay tableware
Thank you for looking!
Crystal Bowl
It is heavy, weighing 1.732kg.
I believe it is crystal because when lightly tapped with a finger, it produces a clear sound that resonates for several seconds.
Unfortunately, I have discarded the box and other packaging. I recall there being a sticker, but I am not certain. The brand and origin are unknown.
This was purchased about 35 years ago at the Daimaru Shinsaibashi store.
Diameter: Approx. 22cm
Height: Approx. 11cm (including the approx. 2cm base height)
Technique: The overlay glass (cased glass) technique is used, where green glass is layered over clear crystal glass and then deeply cut to expose the clear glass underneath.
Pattern: The continuous triangular cuts on the sides and the fine star-shaped cuts visible on the bottom reflect light, creating a very brilliant sparkle.
Usage: Please use it as a fruit bowl, salad bowl, candy dish (compote), or simply as a decorative centerpiece.
It has been used a few times and then stored.
There is a white chip on the bottom in one spot. (Photo 7)
There is an indentation, but it does not catch. (Photo 8)
I have lightly wiped off dust, but have not cleaned the fine details.
Please understand if there are any other oversights or errors.
Thank you to those who understand. ^_^
