This is a chest padding for traditional Japanese wear.

For those with larger busts, it's a pad used in the cleavage to create a uniform fullness.

For those with smaller busts, it's also used in the cleavage, and the included cotton cloth helps to uniformly correct the bust's volume.

*Upon listing this item, I have home-cleaned it, finished it with fabric softener, and lightly ironed it.
