For aoyamay00 exclusively. Superb item. Mountain-collected Japanese Maple 2.3M (from pot bottom) Item No. C
(Photographed 5/22) Superb specimen. Wild-collected Japanese Maple.
Seasonal feel, tree shape, charm, Momiji, transparency, visualization of wind, woodland style. The Japanese Maple is popular for all these reasons, and people want at least one in their garden. Among them, the Wild-collected Japanese Maple is overwhelmingly popular.
Compared to the Iroha Maple, it has slightly rounder leaves, giving a gentle impression, but its greatest appeal is its outstanding natural tree shape. There's nothing quite like its efficient balance and delicate branching and curves. If you ask a gardener what their favorite maple is, many will likely answer Japanese Maple.
Surprisingly, its distribution is limited, mainly to central and northern Japan, but it can be cultivated from southern Hokkaido to northern Kyushu. It thrives best in partial shade, avoiding the harsh afternoon sun. For planting, mix Akadama soil and pumice in a 7:3 ratio, incorporating about 20% leaf mold. Mulching is also recommended.
Momiji easily mixes green, yellow, and red, creating beautiful gradations. This wild-collected, superb Japanese Maple allows you to fully enjoy the seasonal changes, from fresh greenery to its delicate branches! Don't miss out!
