Fukinsou is an evergreen shrub that grows to about 30cm.
It is a hardy variety that requires very little maintenance and spreads to form a dense mat without becoming unruly.
It stays green year-round, is vigorous, and thrives even in shady areas, effectively suppressing weeds, making it widely used as ground cover.
Although the leaves are small, they have beautiful green coloration with white or pale yellow variegation, making them stand out in gardens and flower beds.
Small white flowers bloom in spring.
Small, milky white berries appear in small quantities in autumn.
Its dense growth is said to symbolize prosperity, hence its name.

[Cultivation]
Prefers semi-shady to shady locations with plenty of moisture.
It can grow in sunny areas, but the leaves may become scorched and yellow.
As it is a rooted seedling, it can be planted as is.
The branches can be cut and used for cuttings.

[Placement]
Leaf color is best maintained when grown in semi-shade.
It can be grown indoors or outdoors.

[Soil]
Prefers well-draining soil.

[Watering]

The dense growth of dark green leaves is said to represent the celebration of prosperity, which is why it has auspicious names such as Fukinsou (Prosperity Grass) and Kichijikusa (Good Fortune Grass).

The soil will be slightly reduced, and the plant will be delivered in its pot.
