This is a used wedding dress.
The mannequin in the image is a size 9, but it's a very tight fit.
I think it would fit a size 9 if you cinch it tightly with the corset, or around a size 7 for a more relaxed fit.

There don't appear to be any severe damages such as tears, but there is overall wear and storage wrinkles.
Some of the sequins have yellowed due to age.
