This copper tamagoyaki pan is made by Nakamura Copperware Manufacturing, a workshop in Adachi Ward, Tokyo's downtown area, with nearly 100 years of experience in copper pan production.
Copper is an excellent material for cooking utensils due to its superior thermal conductivity and heat retention.
Heat is distributed evenly and uniformly, making it less prone to uneven cooking or burning. The residual heat stored in the copper plate allows for cooking, resulting in fluffy tamagoyaki.
The inside of the pan is carefully coated with tin by artisans, and the tin film helps to fine-tune the temperature, making your dishes even more delicious.
As you use it, the oil will become familiar with the pan, and it will become so easy to use that the cooked egg will slide smoothly on the surface.
The beautiful luster of copper also becomes more attractive, developing a rich, caramel-like sheen with use, which is another appealing feature.
This is a lifelong tool that will fit your hand and become indispensable.
Thank you.
