This is a Chinese cleaver made in China.
While it is smaller than a full-size professional model, it has a substantial weight.
It says V金系列 which is unclear, but we do not believe it is related to Takefu Special Steel, known for VG-10.

If you wish, we can sharpen the knife before shipping. This is a free service.
We understand that some people prefer to sharpen their own knives, so if you do not comment, we will not assume you want it sharpened and will ship it as is.

Also, due to the large number of knives we handle, some items have the listing date marked with masking tape to prevent mix-ups. Please be assured that this tape is not used to hide any damage. The item will be shipped with the tape still attached.
