Tools: Stanley Nipper Pliers

The cutting edge is very sharp!
This is a used item, but it has been used infrequently,
so I believe it is in relatively clean condition.
There are some light stains and light rust
on the metal parts of the handle and head.

The grip is easy to hold, and the blade opening and closing operation is
very light and smooth.
