Tall painted tin pot cover

Tin bucket painted with flowers by Ms. Kaeko Furuya, featuring a leather-like handle and miniature shovel and hoe. Please consider it a bit old and brocante-style.
It has not been used as a planter cover, so it is clean. I think it's a rare and cute item.
