GLOBAL-IST-01 Series All-Purpose Knife

This knife combines the features of a Gyuto (chef's knife) and a Santoku, making it versatile for cutting meat, fish, vegetables, and more.
The blade length is slightly longer at 19cm to accommodate large ingredients like whole cabbages and Chinese cabbings.
The longer blade also allows for slicing sashimi with a single pull.
Compared to the standard GLOBAL series, GLOBAL-IST features a sharper, more angular, and straighter blade profile, resulting in exceptional sharpness. This blade finish also ensures smoother and cleaner cuts on ingredients.
