Usuba Knife for Left-Handed Use - Sakai Takayuki Katsura Muk
Usuba Knife for Left-Handed Users - Sakai Takayuki Katsura-nuki
The knife type might be incorrect, but it's likely an usuba knife.
I used it for katsura-nuki (a peeling technique).
I used it about 10 years ago at culinary school.
There are patterns that look like rust.
There is a name written on the handle of the knife.
There is a name written in marker on the saya (sheath) of the knife.
I ordered a knife without a blade at culinary school, and I sharpened it myself during my time there, so it may need to be re-sharpened.
I will pack and ship it in the condition shown in the 3rd image.
I believe I purchased it for around 15,000 yen.
I plan to ship it via Yu-Packet or Yu-Packet Post.
This has been stored in a home environment for a long time.
Please understand.
