Yanagiba Knife Set of 2 - Blue Steel - Blade Lengths 29.5cm and 23.5cm - Ebony Octagonal Handle - Set of 2

This is a set of two sashimi knives.
The blade lengths are 29.5cm and 23.5cm respectively.

Both are made of Aogami No. 2 steel. According to the craftsman, heat treatment has already been applied.
I originally planned to sharpen them myself, but I am listing them for sale due to lack of time.

The handles were also carefully selected by me to match the blades.
They are made of high-grade ebony and white buffalo horn, a combination befitting high-quality sashimi knives.

The handles of these two knives feature buffalo horn ferrules and have a very beautiful color.
These are handles I personally really like and had been saving to use on my best knives.

If sharpened properly and finished beautifully,
each knife would be worth approximately ￥30,000 to ￥50,000.

This means that if you finish and sell both knives, they could potentially be worth up to ￥80,000 in total.

The asking price for this set is ￥20,000.

They are sold as a set of two only; individual sales are not possible.
