This is an easy-to-handle Yanagiba knife made of Ginsan steel that cuts very well. It has been sharpened about 3 times since purchase.
There are no particularly noticeable scratches, and it can still be used for a long time.
It is rare to find a Yanagiba knife of this quality at this price.
