This is a Seki Magoroku Deba knife (White Steel) 165mm.
The manufacturer's website lists the price at 30,800 yen, but it is currently in very limited stock.

This product is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, the City of Swords.
I purchased it last year to prepare fish, but I ended up only opening the box and never used it (it hasn't even touched water). While there are no signs of use, please understand that it is a pre-owned item.
As it is in the condition it was in when taken out of the box, you will need to adjust the sharpness according to your intended use. However, this should not be an issue if you are able to sharpen knives (with regular maintenance, this can be a lifelong knife).

*White paper steel is a high-purity steel material for professional Japanese knives. It is easy to sharpen and has excellent sharpness, but because it does not contain chromium, it is prone to rust.
