Seki Magoroku Ginju Deba Knife, Blade 155mm, Steel

It's made of steel, but seems to be slightly on the harder side.
There are still a few small chips remaining on the tip and blade.
However, it has been sharpened to a usable and sharp condition.

Hard-bladed deba knives are prone to chipping, so I have intentionally
left it as is. If you would like them removed with hand sharpening, please let me know.
However, small chips will appear if you cut through thick fish bones.

It has been sharpened to the point where it can slice through copy paper with ease.
