There are scratches, dirt, and rust marks.
My husband has achieved a smooth and elegant sharpness using a natural whetstone. (The final sharpening is done. We use a special grinder, a trade secret, to sharpen until blade dust is produced. This results in a sharpness that cannot be achieved with finishing whetstones.)
The condition is its sharpness.
***Please wash with detergent before use.
***Knives are prone to rust. After use, remove dirt and wipe off moisture. Leaving dirt or moisture on the knife will cause rust.
Immediate purchase is welcome without comments.
