Soutache Glasses Chain Strap Reading Glasses

Soutache is said to have originated from the practice of sewing patterns onto the cuffs and collars of European aristocratic blouses and jackets using special flat cords (braids).

It is made by combining colorful cords with cabochons and beads. The finished product is very light and glamorous.
It is often used for accessories in flamenco and belly dance.

This time, we made a glasses chain with soutache. It is a completely original design.
I personally use and love it.

Total length approximately 75cm.
Made using red soutache cord with over 10 types of beads incorporated.
The types of beads may vary depending on the season.
The length is such that it rests on your chest when you take off your glasses.
